Chief Detail Officer
I really enjoy the presentations that Rory Sutherland does on TED. He has some very insightful comments and is funny too.
In this video, the thing that stands out to me is the idea that if you don’t have a big budget and big projects, there are lots of small things that we should be looking at to have a big impact. He suggests a ‘Chief Detail Officer’ to be responsible for looking at these things.
I also love his analogy of Tiger Woods with consulting.
